“ Whether we’re going into Armageddon or a golden era of consciousness on this planet, our work is the exact same. It’s the same each day. We let our own neurosis fade into the background of awareness. We stay instead with the embodied, awake animal, the sensation of being. That automatically brings with it a feeling of being connected to the earth and to its living forms. It brings tenderness, sweetness, kindness towards others, natural ethics, discernment about how to behave and wonder, all the things that enable us to live in a gentle way here on this earth. Whatever happens, we will have lived in harmony for these brief moments we are here.
